1. Return period — 30 days

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

2. Conditions of acceptance

To be accepted, the product must:

  • be new,
  • be unopened,
  • be unused,
  • be in its original sealed packaging,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

⚠️ Cosmetic products — Legal exception

For hygiene reasons (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code):

➡️ Any cosmetic product that has been opened, used or whose seal has been broken is definitively non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to make a return

All requests must first be sent to:

After validation by our customer service department, we will provide you with:

  • either a prepaid return label (if applicable),
  • or complete instructions for returning your parcel.

⚠️ No returns should be sent without our prior agreement, as the return address may vary depending on the country and product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

 

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the parcel:

  • we will confirm receipt by email,
  • and inform you whether the refund has been accepted or refused.

If the refund is approved:

  • it will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase,
  • within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you do not see the refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer.
  3. If the refund still does not appear, contact us:📧 support@haileybeauty.com

6. Sale items

In accordance with the Consumer Code:

➡️ Sale or promotional items are refundable under the same conditions as non-sale items.

7. Exchanges

An exchange is only possible if the product is:

  • defective,
  • damaged,
  • or has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange:

If the product is no longer available, a refund will be offered.

8. Gift items

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly:

  • a gift credit for the value of the returned product will be issued upon receipt.

If the product was not identified as a gift:

  • the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

9. Shipping returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The initial delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is granted, any return shipping costs may be deducted.

For any returns over £50, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or insurance.

Hailey Beauty cannot guarantee receipt of any returned parcels without tracking.
